For years, controller manufacturers have hidden behind closed doors regarding stick drift failure rates. We are building a public, community-sourced reliability database — our reference baselines are modeled, and every consenting test you run adds a real data point on hardware degradation.

Empirical Drift Curves

Every time you run the Stick Drift test and consent to telemetry, your resting zero-point error is added to our aggregate curve, helping us determine exactly when potentiometers fail.

Hall-Effect Validation

Are magnetic sensors actually immune to drift? Our data proves that while Hall-effect sticks don't develop physical wear drift, they can still exhibit spring-tension slop over time.

Our Honesty Guarantee

  • 100% Anonymous: We strip all IP addresses, user agents, and identifiers. We only store the hardware model and the measured telemetry values.
  • Opt-In Only: Telemetry is never recorded without explicit consent via the banner on our diagnostic tools.
  • Public Data: Our aggregate reliability baselines are published freely on our Reliability Dashboard.
